We work together with the delivery service DHL for shipping.

• Order processing and dispatch: The order processing time is up to 2 working days from the time the order is received in our warehouse. After processing, the order is forwarded to the post office. Delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 working days, depending on the conditions of the delivery service.
• Delays: Delivery times may be extended due to public holidays, unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, delivery service working hours) or other factors beyond our control.

Delivery costs are calculated according to the customer's location (country).
