Return conditions
You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the following conditions are met:
- Preservation of the integrity of packaging and goods: The goods must be in their original condition, without signs of use and with all factory seals.
- The goods have not been used: Only goods that are unused and in their original condition can be returned.
- Return period: The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Reasons for return
A return of the goods is possible for the following reasons:
- Production error: If defects or faults are found, the goods will be returned at our expense. We will refund the full value of the goods and the shipping costs in both directions.
- Customer cancellation: If the goods are not to the customer's liking or if the customer changes his mind, the return will be made at the customer's expense. In this case, only the value of the goods without shipping costs will be refunded.
Return procedure
To return an item, you must fill out the return form available below or through your customer account for the appropriate order. You must provide the following information on the form:
- Surname and first name;
- Order number;
- Article number and name of the product to be returned;
- Reason for return;
- Photo as confirmation (if required).
